Our One-2-One Music Support Services
Organising your music collection and learning about the different options available for listening to your music wherever you go can make a huge difference to the way you enjoy your collection.
If you’ve simply not had the time, this is a great opportunity to finally get your music collection sorted, learn how to make playlists, and find out how to upload your music to the cloud so you can listen to it no matter where you are in the world. Or if there’s something else you need help with, we will help you figure it out!
Whatever you need help with regarding your music, we will sit down with you and guide you at your pace.
Our One-2-One support is charged on an hourly basis (minimum 1 hour). You can come to us at our home office in Wellington CBD, or we can visit you (Wellington area only; subject to availability). Cost is $80.00 per hour including GST (add $10.00 travel for us to come to you). Appointments lasting longer than one hour are charged at the same rate to the nearest 15 minute increment.

GetSet2Digitise is run by Steph and is assisted by Martyn. They have combined their talents to offer a customised One-2-One Music and Photo Support service.

Steph has always been the ‘go to’ person among her friends and family whenever they have phone or computer issues and enjoys the challenge of helping people solve their tech problems no matter how simple or challenging. She has a background in training Microsoft Office software programs and over a 6 year period she also worked as a personal coach specialising in time management working with software. In this time she facilitated over 700 tailored coaching sessions for individuals in Wellington public & private sector organisations – from CEOs to PAs – assisting all of them to reach their training objectives. Steph is proficient in various music and photographic applications (in particular Photoshop) and one of her more recent projects was developing, designing and building the GetSet2Digitise website.

Martyn provides a focused but fun and relaxed learning environment in his One-2-One Support sessions. He has a 20 year background in managing consumer electronics and photographic retail stores. He built up an in-depth knowledge of both hardware and software over this time, particularly music and photographic programs and enjoys refining his skill set by keeping up to date with the latest software. During his time in retail management he conducted numerous group and one-to-one staff training sessions. He has been a private music teacher since 2014, specialising in piano/keyboard, music technology and composition. Martyn’s patient and friendly teaching style and “techno-babble” free approach enables him to explain subjects in an easy to understand way.
